FAQ

1. What unique benefits will I get with Rock Body Boot Camp that I won’t get from another fitness business in the area?

Rock Body Boot Camp wants you to get into the best shape of your life. It is a Win-Win situation for you and Rock Body Boot Camp. Many people need the guidance and motivation to see the results they are looking for. Our group personal training format will allow you to shed that unwanted fat. Using complex exercises done in a circuit fashion and keeping the groups to an average size of 10-12 people, allows our certified personal trainers to give you the personalized attention you need. The group format is very encouraging and keeps people accountable to one another. You will get a call from the trainer if you miss a session and the other members will ask why you didn’t show up. This is a great benefit that current members find really making a difference in compliance and attendance in the program. In addition, the cost of the program is very affordable Compare it to hiring a personal trainer for one-on-one sessions for $60-70$ per hour for 2-3 times per week. This will cost $480-$840 per month and up to $2520 over 12 weeks. Our sessions start at $10.83 per session. Go to Get Started Today for membership options.

3. How fit do I have to be to participate in your program?

At Rock Body Boot Camp we have members of all of fitness levels. When first starting each session, we will show you an alternative way to make the exercise less challenging or more challenging depending on your fitness level. This allows you to get the most out of the sessions. That being said, if you have never participated in a structured exercise program in your life I would recommend a few private sessions with a personal trainer to learn some basic movements before joining a group personal training situation. Rock Body Boot Camp membership is recommended if you do not have any special circumstances such as injuries or limitations which require you have a specific program designed for you.

4. Is this class run by a guy in a military outfit and will he yell at me?

No one will yell at you! Rock Body Boot Camp is a group personal training program that believes that giving words of encouragement, being patient, reassuring you to only go to your own limits and allowing you to have fun while you workout is key to getting the results you want. Nothing in our program even remotely resembles a military style workout.

5. Can I go to any of the classes if I miss a session?

The 6 and 12 month memberships are given the opportunity to go to any sessions they want to, giving them more flexibility and the opportunity to step up the intensity if they have a special occasion coming up ie: vacation, wedding, marriage, reunion, seeing ex for first time to rub it in… etc.. However, let the trainer know when you will be attending these sessions as the class size is limited, hence the amount of equipment brought is tailored to the group size.

6. What sort of results will I see?

Rock Body Boot Camp is focused on inches lost and not necessarily weight loss. Our goal is to give you a healthy and toned look and this is accomplished through strength training and nutrition. If the nutrition plan is followed with 85-90% compliance and you give 100% effort during the workouts, you can expect to see 1 inch lost per week and an increase in energy and a look of vitality. Taking regular pictures of yourself and getting monthly measurements done, keep you on track towards your health and fitness goals.
