The gym tends to be separated with those who just weight train and those who just do aerobic classes. Our program falls between those two. Our group personal training format will get you stronger, improve your cardiovascular system and cause your body to change.
Our certified personal trainers will coach the group and use various tools to get the job done. All equipment is provided. No need to go out and buy your own. We will use dumbbells, skipping ropes, medicine balls, kick shields and boxing pads. Our approach gives you a different workout every time to create maximum results.
Maximum class size is 20 members and on average, 10-12 people participate per session. We meet for 60 minutes, 3 days per week for an incredibly intense and fantastically fun group workout aimed at building strength, developing muscle and dropping fat. Your limits will just be stretched enough to get you into the Best Shape of Your Life!

A Minimum of a 3 Month Commitment is Required.
Rock Body Boot Camp runs three-days-per-week over a 12 week period minimum. The majority of our members have been with us for over 6-12 months as they continue to enjoy the variety of workouts and results they get from the program.
