Before I joined Rock Body Boot Camp I was going to the gym around 3-4 times per week but wasn’t seeing any results. I was “going” to the gym, but didn’t really have a set program. I did cardio and weights, but likely didn’t do enough sets or do the right ones. I never really worked up a sweat but yet I thought I was working out. I realize now that I need the structure of a group setting and the expertise of a trainer. I had heard of boot camps before and was skeptical as others that I had known didn’t get any results plus I conjured up images of a drill sergeant running behind you and yelling at you to keep moving. Rock Body Boot Camp is not at all like that. Amir is encouraging and tailors the exercise according to what you are capable of doing. I have seen a loss of approximately 18 pounds and 19 inches. My pant/dress size has dropped by 3 (but I am getting close to 4). Although I am extremely happy with what I have lost, it is what I have gained that I am most proud. I feel stronger than ever, and in turn feel healthier. My blood pressure, which was showing signs of rising prior to boot camp, has stabilized. I feel great! Thank You, Amir!!! After I had my second baby, I was looking for a workout program that would keep me motivated. I rarely exercised before (an occasional Pilates class) but never found something that made me want to come back, until Rock Body Bootcamp. I like the small class size, it is near where I live as well as the time offered worked for me. The classes were combinations of weights, resistance, core exercise and endurance. After 5mths I still don’t like doing the burpees but can definitely do more than when I first started. My favourite part is at the end (maybe this is what get me through the beginning). The kickboxing and punching is fun and energizing, despite the fact you just worked hard for 40 minutes before. The combination of the workouts along with changing my eating helped me drop one pant size and 16 inches!!! Thank Amir for the motivation. I’m hooked! (Brandy, Teacher, 32yrs)

Amir, your program rocks! I have been involved in numerous programs for years. Personal trainers, running, and of course a member of the Good life for many many years. That being said, I have never achieved the results that I have with “Rock Body Boot Camp”. It pushes you beyond your comfort zone. I lost 15 pounds and 10 inches in 9 weeks!
