Our trainers give you constant coaching and demonstrations of how to do the exercises correctly and efficiently without injuring yourself. We keep our sessions to under 20 members at a time and on average session size is 12-14 members. How can any one person supervise 30-40 at a time and give them the best personalized attention that they deserve? They can’t!
